Involment in the community Clara Rodriguez has a high sense of duty towards the world community. She has played many charity concerts for associations such as Veniņos, Cancer Research amongst others. Please contact the artist for further information. In 1993 Clara Rodriguez founded the Teatro San Martin de Caracas Music Festival, which she directed during five years. The main idea behind it was to provide concerts of the highest standard in an area of Caracas where there had never been such events. The British Council and many other important institutions collaborated with the festival. She has been invited to judge piano competitions including the Teresa Carreņo Piano Prize of the Royal College of Music, Junior Department, and the first competition El Piano Venezolano of Caracas in 2002.
